Is transport being provided?

Yes, transport is being provided on 26th and 27th (Friday and Saturday), however, it’s not being provided on 28th July (Sunday).
What forms must be signed prior to the conference?

All delegates must bring the signed liability and tech release forms, which will be sent out by email prior to the conference.
What are the timings of Social Night?

Social night will be conducted on 27th July, Saturday (The second day of the conference) from 4pm to 7pm. Please note that delegates will not be allowed to leave DURING the social night, they can leave before and after.
What food options are available for the delegates?

School lunch is provided free of cost, alongside various stalls for the delegates to purchase food from.
What is the dress code that must be followed?

Dress Code for Day 1 and Day 3 (26th and 28th July) Allowed: Formal shirts, trousers, blazers (optional), ties (optional), dress shoes, loafers, heels, and ballet flats. Sleeveless tops or waistcoats, if worn, must be accompanied by a shirt/blazer. Not allowed: Crop tops, sheer blouses, spaghetti tops, skirts, dresses, casual clothing (e.g., t-shirts, jeans, flip flops, leather pants, cargo pants), exposed midriffs. Dress Code for Day 2 (27th July) Allowed: Traditional Indian wear is optional. If a delegate does not wish to wear traditionals. Day 1 attire is also permitted if the dress code is followed. Not allowed: Crop tops, sheer blouses, spaghetti tops, skirts, dresses, casual clothing (e.g., t-shirts, jeans, flip flops, leather pants, cargo pants), exposed midriffs. Note that delegates not following the dress code will be asked to leave the conference.
Where is the event occurring?

Will On-Spot registrations be available?

Yes, however please note that allocations aren’t guaranteed. It will be based on a first come, first serve basis and the number of spots available.
